Fenland Woodturners are a group who are interested in woodturning, all levels of ability from beginner to experienced are represented in our membership.  2015 will be our 20th year!

The aim of our club is to promote woodturning and to assist members to develop and improve as they gain experience.

Membership is open to all.

Our meetings are held from 7 p.m. on the last Wednesday each month (except December when it is earlier) at the Spalding Common Community Hall, Spalding Common, Post Code PE113AU.

At half of our meetings we have a professional woodturner to demonstrate projects and methods. Interspersed with these are our Natter Nites usually quite noisy and full of energy as they provide an  opportunity for members to discuss their projects and gain help on how to ???. The club has two lathes and on these nights techniques can be explored in a relaxed atmosphere.

Woodturners are a friendly group and will endeavour to help all

Dear Members

Things have not improved since my last post, having been put into tier 3 has been a bit of a shock to the system, it is not what we wanted at all. We have no idea when we will be able to resume our club meetings so in January we will be holding weekly zoom meetings to help us all to stay in touch.

Your committee would like to thank you all for your continued support and wish you and your families a Very Merry Christmas and a much better New Year.

Please join our zoom meetings as and when you can

thank you.
