Fenland Woodturners are a group who are interested in woodturning, all levels of ability from beginner to experienced are represented in our membership.  2015 will be our 20th year!

The aim of our club is to promote woodturning and to assist members to develop and improve as they gain experience.

Membership is open to all.

Our meetings are held from 7 p.m. on the last Wednesday each month (except December when it is earlier) at the Spalding Common Community Hall, Spalding Common, Post Code PE113AU.

At half of our meetings we have a professional woodturner to demonstrate projects and methods. Interspersed with these are our Natter Nites usually quite noisy and full of energy as they provide an  opportunity for members to discuss their projects and gain help on how to ???. The club has two lathes and on these nights techniques can be explored in a relaxed atmosphere.

Woodturners are a friendly group and will endeavour to help all

We have had a problem with our website which is the reason why the site has not been updated for a while.

We are continueing to hold our weekly Zoom meetings as we are still unable to hold our normal meetings, we have a weekly challenge to turn and show the challenge at the next Zoom meeting it is not a competition just a bit of fun to encourage us all to keep turning. This is open to all and if you have internet access and are not invited then please get in touch and i will include you for the next Zoom meeting which will be Tuesday 16th March 2021 at 19:30
